Job summary

ReadMe is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own a book of enterprise accounts end to end. You will engage directly with customers, guide implementations, and act as the product SME to resolve complex questions in real time.

You’ll wire up integrations via ReadMe CLI and API, troubleshoot OpenAPI, SSO, and auth flows, and build AI-assisted workflows to streamline delivery. This role is hybrid for US-based teams.

Qualifications

• Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end.
• Be on customer calls regularly, including onboarding and escalations.
• Act as product SME and answer questions in real time.
• Prototype solutions and wire up integrations before handing off to Engineering.
• Leverage AI to draft plans, analyze account health, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end.
• Be on customer calls regularly, including onboarding, QBRs, and escalations.
• Act as the product SME for accounts and debug with customers.
• Hands-on with technical implementation: CI/CD, OAS, and auth setups.
• Prototype solutions and hand off to Engineering when ready.
