Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a customer-facing technical role to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts for a developer experience platform that powers interactive API documentation used by thousands of companies. You will operate between Sales and Engineering, handling implementation, adoption, renewal support, and expansion while serving as the deepest product expert for each account.

You will join customer calls, review OpenAPI specs, wire up CI/CD syncing via CLI or API, troubleshoot custom JS/CSS

Responsibilities

Role overview

This customer-facing technical role owns a portfolio of enterprise accounts for a developer experience platform that powers interactive API documentation used by thousands of companies. Sitting between Sales and Engineering, the position owns implementation, adoption, renewal support, and expansion while serving as the deepest product expert for each account.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end, covering onboarding, adoption, renewal assistance, and expansion
• Join regular customer calls such as implementation kickoffs, working sessions, QBRs, and escalations
• Act as the product subject matter expert, answering product questions in real time and debugging alongside customers
• Get hands-on with technical implementations: review OpenAPI specs, wire up CI/CD syncing via CLI or API, troubleshoot custom JS/CSS and auth setups, and prototype solutions before handing off to Engineering
• Use AI tools to draft implementation plans, analyze account health, triage requests, prototype scripts, and automate repetitive work
• Partner with Sales to identify and close expansion opportunities across the book of accounts
• Advocate for customers internally, surface health risks early, and feed structured feedback to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• Comfortable reading OpenAPI specs, working with HTML/CSS/JS, understanding SSO and auth flows, and using Git and a CLI
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated use of AI as a working tool to build prompts, workflows, or automations that changed how work gets done
• Problem-solving mindset that prefers figuring out answers over escalating them
• Comfort collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams
