Qualifications

• Foundational proficiency in JavaScript or Java.
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Git version control and common branching models.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and how they connect distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative delivery practices.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for direct customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, custom development, and data migration workstreams within end-to-end implementation projects.
• Build and ship solutions that follow designs produced by senior architects, adhering to the established delivery methodology.
• Investigate and debug technical issues encountered during implementation, working closely with engineers and product teams.
• Coordinate with platform product groups to resolve complex client-side implementation challenges.
• Operate within an agile team, collaborating daily with colleagues across multiple regions and time zones.
• Work remotely while partnering with global delivery teams to support clients in various geographies.
