Job summary

Cerebre is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our market-leading team focused on turning customer needs into successful deployments and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape solutions, manage strategic deployments, and ensure adoption across enterprise customers. This role is remote with a strong preference for candidates in the U.S. based in CST/EST time zones and may travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, solution consulting, enterprise software deployment, or similar roles.
• Experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions and implementations.
• Experience owning engagements from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Strong commercial mindset and collaboration with Sales or BD.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, data pipelines with engineers.
• Strong ownership, communication, and comfort in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent English, C1 or better.
• U.S.-based and willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals, workflows, pain points, and technical environments.
• Translate challenges into high-value use cases and partner with Product/Engineering on approach.
• Lead deployments from discovery through adoption and value realization.
• Create and improve deployment and customer engagement processes from scratch.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
• Support commercial opportunities by shaping proposals and conveying business value.
• Bridge business and technical teams to align priorities and delivery.
• Drive adoption to production and measurable outcomes.
• Turn customer feedback into input for Product and Engineering.
