Job summary

Liberate is hiring a founding Deployment Strategist to own the relationship with our largest customers, from sales through go-live and beyond, driving value delivery.

You’ll work with the deployment team, Agent Product Managers and AI Engineers to define outcomes, keep projects on track, and uncover new expansion opportunities across lines and teams. This is a hybrid role based in the US.

Qualifications

• High EQ and ability to read people and build trust
• Presence with clients; executives take calls
• Value-oriented; anchor outcomes and quantify value
• Strong project management; manage timelines and dependencies
• Technical acumen; translate business needs and work with engineers
• Stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and customers
• Experience: 7+ years in customer-facing roles including owning enterprise relationships
• Willing to travel approx 25–40%
• Bonus: insurance, fintech, or regulated industry, or AI-native deployments

Responsibilities

• Drive value and outcomes; ensure customer achieves signed outcomes
• Strategic consulting during sales; map workflows and high-value use cases
• Relationship building with executives and frontline users
• Own change management and adoption; train end-users
• Drive continuous product improvement from field learnings
• Grow the account; expand across lines and teams
