Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a senior Projects Coordination Office (PCO) professional in the United States to drive cross-business collaboration and support enterprise-level demand and proposal management for multi-billion-dollar opportunities. You will partner with Commercial teams, EDGE Commercial Excellence, and Global Supply Chain to deliver timely, high-quality proposals and robust demand insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in strategic marketing, sales, sales operations, commercial operations, or commercial finance roles within the power industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCO demand management as the primary contact for cross-business Commercial teams.
• Develop new enterprise-level demand management tools and improve visibility into equipment manufacturing slots and demand.
• Synthesize large quantities of enterprise-level demand data into visuals for senior leadership.
• Own PCO S&OP reporting rhythms.
• Audit order pipelines with Commercial teams and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Lead cross-segment proposal development and coordination for integrated proposals.
• Define and manage proposal scope, schedule, cost, and risk with Sales, Commercial, and Risk teams.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, leading negotiations and clarifications.
