Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, proposal management, or construction management within power generation, energy, or industrial projects.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with experience working in global and cross-regional teams.
• Proficiency with standard project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of technical and execution strategies for proposals and contracts.
• Define and manage proposal scope, schedule, cost, and risk with Sales, Commercial, and C&C teams.
• Serve as primary customer interface, driving clarifications and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with EPC and define division of responsibility and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, planning, cost, logistics, and field execution.
