Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Projects Coordination Office, driving cross-business demand and proposal management for enterprise-scale opportunities from early engagement to proposal development.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations, and Global Supply Chain leaders to deliver insights, dashboards, and integrated proposals across GE Vernova businesses, supporting decisions at the senior leadership level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Eight years of experience in strategic marketing, sales operations, or commercial finance in power industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand management as the primary point of contact for cross-business Commercial teams.
• Develop enterprise-level demand management tools to improve visibility into equipment manufacturing slots and demand.
• Synthesize enterprise data into visuals to support senior leadership decisions.
• Own PCO S&OP reporting rhythms.
• Audit order pipelines and resolve data gaps affecting pipeline analytics.
• Lead cross-segment proposal development and coordination for timely, high-quality integrated proposals.
• Define and manage proposal scope, schedule, cost, and risk with Sales, Commercial, and Risk teams.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, leading negotiations to meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand management and market intelligence processes.
• Develop and document standard work procedures for consistent business reporting.
