Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior PCO professional to support demand and proposal management across multiple business units in a remote/US-based role. You will coordinate day-to-day supply and demand planning and operational management to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

You will lead cross-segment proposal development, drive data-driven visuals for senior leadership, and help deliver integrated solutions for enterprise projects ranging from $4 billion to $10 billion through the S&OP process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in strategic marketing, sales operations, commercial operations, or commercial finance within the power industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCO demand management as the primary cross-business point of contact for Commercial teams.
• Develop enterprise demand tools to visualize equipment slots and demand in collaboration with Sales Managers and Operations Leaders.
• Transform large enterprise demand data into visuals for executive decision-making.
• Own PCO S&OP reporting rhythms.
• Audit order pipelines with Commercial teams to ensure data integrity and resolve gaps.
• Lead cross-segment proposal development and coordination to deliver integrated proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the EDGE Commercial Excellence team.
• Document standard work procedures for reliable business reporting.
