Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Core Customer Success Manager to partner with our top customers, aligning on objectives and driving long-term value from our IoT platform.

This remote role serves US customers (excluding Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.) and requires collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales

Qualifications

• 4+ years in senior customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience with technical products and enterprise environments.
• Strong communication with executives and product/engineering leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Transition from implementation to managing top customers, ensuring value.
• Collaborate across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product.
• Lead executive business reviews and joint success plans.
• Conduct customer workshops to optimize workflows and Samsara usage.
• Advise on customizing Samsara to meet customer needs.
