Job summary

Flagsmith is expanding its customer engineering function and hiring a Customer Success Engineer to cover the North American customer base from the US East Coast. You’ll blend capabilities of a Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer, and Technical Account Manager as an engineer at heart.

You’ll engage with senior platform engineers, SREs, and product teams, helping design scalable feature-flag strategies, onboarding, and technical support across AWS/GCP/Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Code fluency across modern languages and frameworks.
• Cloud & DevOps fluency with AWS, GCP or Azure, plus Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience working with technical products in a SaaS context and facing customers.

Responsibilities

• Own technical qualification and validation for high-value prospects including architecture discussions, POCs, security/compliance questions, demos, and integration design.
• Serve as the trusted strategic and technical advisor to enterprise customers, driving onboarding and proactive engagement to achieve adoption outcomes.
• Provide technical support for your portfolio and escalate to product engineers when needed to solve complex issues.
• Drive renewals and expansion in partnership with account executives, bringing technical credibility and customer relationships.
