Job summary

Akeyless Security is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Engineer to join our USA team. This hands-on, customer-facing role focuses on building strong technical relationships, guiding deployments, and delivering best practices for successful adoption of the platform.

You will work with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), provide strategic guidance, and help accelerate expansion within existing installations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or similar).
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Linux.
• Proven experience with one or more CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Past experience that blends sales orientation with technical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Provide thought leadership and support for optimal customer experience.
• Accelerate adoption and expansion of the platform within install base.
• Provide customer support outside of normal business hours when needed.
• Understand customer business to develop best-in-class solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, creating added value for customers.
