ESW, a cross-border commerce solutions leader, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This remote role is ideally based near Seattle, WA and focuses on growing strategic enterprise relationships and driving measurable success for global brands.

You'll own onboarding and growth journeys, develop tailored account plans, and coordinate with Delivery, Product, Sales and Finance to deliver client objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise CSM experience and proven ability to manage executive relationships.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and cross-border processes.
• Experience delivering executive-level business reviews and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, driving revenue growth and retention.
• Lead onboarding, growth journeys, and adoption activities for new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans with cross-functional teams.
• Champion customer needs and influence product direction with insights.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation in Salesforce.
