Job summary
Scandit seeks a Customer Success Engineer for the US team to support a portfolio of enterprise accounts across our product portfolio. This is a technically focused role, engaging with engineering and product stakeholders, building demos, sharing code snippets, and advising on implementation decisions.
You will own customer outcomes end-to-end, driving adoption, renewal, and growth while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to maximize value. Remote with US East Coast hours.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales or technical-presales role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience speaking with engineering and product stakeholders during evaluations.
- Strong technical acumen with ability to read code and guide integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of US enterprise accounts and drive adoption, retention, and growth.
- Build and configure tailored demos; provide code snippets to unblock integrations.
- Lead discovery conversations translating business needs into Scandit solutions.
- Run workshops, adoption reviews, and QBRs with technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure success.
