United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the strategic partner to a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding adoption, growth, and renewal while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Support in a remote-first environment.

You’ll use data to tell the story, manage health and risk, and lead structured conversations to connect company capabilities to tangible business outcomes, with a bias for action and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or customer-facing consulting in B2B software.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and renewals.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and lead outcome-focused conversations.
• Experience forecasting and maintaining pipeline health in a recurring revenue model.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and serve as their strategic partner from onboarding through renewal.
• Drive retention and expansion by managing health, risk, and opportunities.
• Lead structured customer conversations highlighting adoption and value.
• Leverage data to forecast outcomes and guide recommendations for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with TAMs, Consulting, Product, and Support.
• Contribute to CS practice by sharing learnings and refining playbooks.
