Job summary

Samsara is seeking a high-impact Specialist Seller to lead go-to-market for the Tracking Label across US Enterprise Private Core accounts. You’ll partner with Enterprise Core Account Executives to deliver near-real-time shipment visibility and cargo security to shippers and 3PLs.

You will drive full-cycle sales, build business cases, and navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, contributing to a growing enterprise strategy and repeatable deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of complex, full-cycle Enterprise or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement including $250K+ ARR transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec.
• Comfort selling a newly launched product or category where the playbook is still being written.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence directors and VPs.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle Tracking Label sales motions from pilot to multi-site rollout across US Enterprise Private accounts.
• Partner with Enterprise Core Account Executives to identify high-value or high-theft-risk cargo accounts.
• Build business cases—ROI, loss-prevention impact, visibility gains—to win buy-in from stakeholders.
• Navigate procurement processes (Legal, Security/InfoSec, Procurement) to close deals at scale.
• Drive pilot strategy and metrics to convert early adoption into repeatable deployments.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM leadership to feed field insights into the roadmap.
• Develop and refine playbooks and enablement assets to scale success across the team.
