Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Client Executive Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on new revenue and margin growth for global accounts. You will develop business plans with clear objectives and strategies, build trusted relationships with customer leaders, and collaborate across teams to secure new revenue while expanding existing accounts.

This role requires at least 8+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in sales management, and strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 8+ years of industry sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong strategic planning and account management skills.
• Experience with consultative selling and long-range account strategies.
• Proven ability to hire and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead account planning and identify strategic opportunities to expand relationships within large enterprise accounts.
• Review business plans and action plans to ensure clear objectives and ownership.
• Build relationships with key customer leaders and expand within accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to secure new revenue while protecting existing revenue.
• Develop and maintain account plans and detailed forecasts.
• Oversee campaigns to penetrate accounts and identify opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
