Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Change Adoption Lead for our Finance Transformation. This remote-based role requires guiding organizational change across corporate and venue operations, leveraging ADKAR, and driving readiness and adoption metrics.

You will partner with executives, design training and communications, and ensure post-go-live reinforcement to sustain value. 8+ years in change management and ERP exposure are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in organizational change management on enterprise technology programs, including ERP implementation.
• Demonstrated experience driving adoption across a distributed or multi-site organization.
• Working fluency in finance process.
• Ability to sit with a controller or an accounts payable processor and understand the work.
• Experience recovering adoption on a system already in production with user habits.
• Ability to build and sustain a champion network with real participation.
• Ability to report unfavorable readiness status to executives under schedule pressure.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organizational change management strategy for the Finance Transformation program across awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
• Lead change impact assessments and readiness for each deployment phase; ensure go/no-go decisions with evidence.
• Build the Change Champion Network and own training, communications, and post-go-live reinforcement.
