Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Change Management Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives across our operations. You will design structured strategies, minimize resistance, and drive employee adoption for major transformations within a PMO/Agile context.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to align people, processes, and technology, ensuring business readiness and sustained change impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in Change Management with large-scale transformations.
• Experience integrating change plans with PMO and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project and change analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end change management strategies.
• Lead Change Champion Networks and senior leadership sponsorship.
• Coordinate communications, training, and stakeholder engagement across programs.
• Assess change readiness, risks, and track adoption metrics across initiatives.
