Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related consulting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and communication strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex change initiatives in a remote or distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change management strategies to support organizational transformations.
• Assess the impact of change on employees and design interventions to manage resistance and build adoption.
• Create and deliver compelling communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Design and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for new ways of working.
