Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of Change Management, Organizational Development, Training, or Business Transformation experience.
Experience leading change management for enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies and frameworks.
Experience with stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop engagement plans.
Perform change impact assessments identifying organizational, process, and technology effects.
Create and implement communication strategies and change plans.
Develop readiness assessments and adoption strategies.
Design and deliver training programs and user enablement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and change champion programs.
Partner with project teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Identify change risks and craft mitigation strategies.
Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and user feedback.
Support business process transformation and continuous improvement.
Develop executive status reports and change deliverables.
Lead resistance management activities and support affected units.
