Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Change Management Lead to support the NiSource Customer Program, a large-scale enterprise transformation focused on adoption of common practices, processes, and technology.

The role leads a team of change resources, drives change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness activities, and adoption measurement. Travel to Columbus, OH monthly with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, org transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading change management workstreams for large-scale programs.
• Experience developing and executing change strategies, plans, and adoption approaches.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy and tactical plan for the program.
• Guide OCM team members on priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to align activities with milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, readiness reviews, and leadership discussions.
• Prepare status updates, risk summaries and program reporting.
