Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Change Practitioner to join the transformation office’s Change function. Reporting to the CTO, you will translate enterprise change plans into on-the-ground execution, including stakeholder plans, communications, enablement, and adoption tracking to ensure delivered initiatives are used.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years delivering organizational change management on enterprise initiatives.
• Experience building and executing stakeholder, communications, and adoption plans end to end.
• Proven track record of improving adoption of new processes or systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments on initiatives and adoption risk.
• Translate change approach into initiative-level plans with milestones.
• Identify gaps and build plans to close sponsorship and adoption gaps.
• Map stakeholders and keep the map current as initiatives progress.
• Equip sponsorship and prompt leadership to stay engaged.
• Manage resistance by understanding root causes and addressing them.
• Partner with Communications to sequence messaging to milestones.
• Build enablement activities so teams adopt the new way.
• Prepare the organization for go-live with readiness checks and hypercare.
• Define and track adoption metrics like usage and cycle time.
• Report readiness and adoption to CTO and initiative owner.
• Create reinforcement mechanisms to sustain change after go-live.
