Job summary

Rasa is hiring a remote USA-based Outbound BDR to drive pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts. If you have 1+ years in SaaS BDR/SDR and want to scale with top-tier coaching, this role offers exposure to enterprise deals, collaboration with AEs, and a fast-paced startup environment that values curiosity and team play.

You will report to the Manager of Global Business Development and be part of a Go-to-Market/Business Development team driving qualified opportunities from target accounts

Qualifications

1+ years of SaaS BDR/SDR experience targeting enterprise accounts.
Strong written and verbal communication with executive buyers.
Familiarity with Salesforce and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

Represent the Rasa brand and deliver an exceptional experience for our prospects.
Research accounts, identify leads, and qualify new opportunities.
Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social touches.
Accurately track interactions and pipeline in Salesforce.
Evangelize Rasa's platform, mission, and vision.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation to optimize the funnel and build our pipeline.
