n8n is hiring an Enterprise Deployment Lead to drive customer outcomes during on-site deployments and to build scalable automation operating models. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer problems into adopted automation workflows, focusing on high-value opportunities and governance that scales across enterprise environments.

Qualifikationen

• Must have enterprise deployment experience in a B2B software setting.
• Demonstrated on-site customer deployment experience at enterprise scale.
• Ability to map business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Ability to define governance, ownership, and working norms for scaling automation.
• Experience building value cases and prioritizing automation roadmaps.
• Strong technical fluency without required coding.
• Proven ability to build trust across organizational levels.
• Excellent storytelling to communicate complex concepts to executives.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% across Europe for deployments.
• Excellent English communication in technical, operational, and executive contexts.

Aufgaben

• Lead the organizational workstream during on-site deployments from kickoff to closeout.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineer to turn customer problems into adopted workflows.
• Maintain focus on high-value opportunities rather than only technically interesting ones.
• Guide customers in implementing automation operating and governance models to scale sustainably.
• Define ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices.
• Ensure automation becomes embedded in how the customer operates.
• Map processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across environments.
• Develop and manage an automation roadmap with clear ROI logic.
• Build business cases in the customer's language and tie automation to executive priorities.
• Build trust across technical teams, operators, executives, and decision-makers.
• Identify upsell/expansion signals and pass to Customer Success.
• Feed deployment learnings into internal playbooks and repeatable motions.
