Job summary

n8n, the open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking a senior role to drive enterprise deployments and adoption across customers in Europe and the US. You’ll lead the business, adoption, and governance workstreams, turning customer problems into adopted workflows and building scalable automation programs.

In this remote-first position, you’ll map processes, define operating models, and create ROI-focused roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Enterprise deployment experience in a B2B software setting
• Experience driving adoption with enterprise customers in complex environments
• Ability to map business processes to automation opportunities
• Help define governance, ownership, and ways of working to scale automation
• Build value cases, estimate impact, and prioritize an automation roadmap
• Ability to understand technical architecture and demo convincingly
• Build trust across levels and identify decision-makers
• Storytelling to explain complex concepts to senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel roughly 30–50% across Europe
• Clear and confident English communication with technical, operational, and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational workstream during on-site deployments, from kickoff to closeout
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to convert problems into adopted workflows
• Maintain focus on high-value automation opportunities rather than just technical novelty
• Guide customers in implementing automation operating and governance models to scale
• Define ownership, decision-making, prioritization, enablement, and adoption practices
• Leave customers more capable by embedding automation into their way of working
• Map business processes to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across environments
• Develop and manage an automation roadmap with clear prioritization and ROI logic
• Build business cases in the customer language and connect automation to executive priorities
• Foster trust across technical and business stakeholders and identify expansion signals
