Remote Jobs is seeking an experienced technical leader to guide enterprise opportunities in AI-powered contact center solutions. You will present demos and map customer pain points to GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG-enabled architectures.

Lead technical responses in RFPs, translate requirements into architectures with product/engineering teams, and advise on AI adoption across CC platforms while traveling within APAC as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in contact center, pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience with CCaaS solutions (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect, etc.).
• Experience in Conversational AI space.
• Project management or business consulting in contact centers.
• Experience in managing large and strategic accounts.
• Hands-on understanding of AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical lead in the sales cycle with Account Executives to drive enterprise opportunities.
• Map customer pain points in contact centers to AI-powered solutions (conversational AI, Agentic AI, knowledge retrieval).
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos of GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures with product/engineering teams.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical responses and designs.
• Advise clients on AI adoption strategies and integration with CC platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, Amazon Connect).
• Stay updated on AI trends, competitors, and enterprise AI adoption.
