Genesys seeks a seasoned AI-powered customer experience leader to shape strategy and architecture for complex transformations. You will own end-to-end delivery across high-growth customers and partners, crafting scalable, AI-native workflows and compelling executive narratives.

You will drive prototypes, partner alignment, and solution governance while operating with autonomy in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong fluency in AI concepts, including generative AI, agentic AI, and AI native solution design.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and applying it to enterprise use cases.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience designing workflows and customer journeys within contact center or CX environments.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS), and modern development practices.
• Hands-on coding experience in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with third party integrations and scalable solutions.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience documenting architectures, use cases, and solution proposals.
• Project management and coordination experience, including managing pilots end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery engagements to uncover business challenges and define high-value transformation opportunities.
• Own solution strategy and architecture translating complex requirements into business outcomes.
• Design and deliver AI-native customer experience workflows to improve engagement and performance.
• Create compelling demos, workshops, and executive narratives to lead high-stakes conversations.
• Prototype and iterate solutions using prompts, APIs, and modern development practices.
• Drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders with strong judgment and empathy.
• Build scalable reference architectures and reusable frameworks for repeatable success.
• Lead end-to-end pilots from concept to measurable outcomes.
• Coach partners to design and deliver Genesys-based solutions at scale.
• Collaborate with product teams bringing evidence-based insights and recommendations.
