Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver AI-powered digital customer experiences across global deployments. You will guide project teams, set architectural standards, and ensure scalable, secure solutions with extensive cross‑functional collaboration.

You will work with cloud platforms, AI capabilities, and Genesys Cloud digital channels, shaping deployments for large enterprise programs and ensuring governance and technical quality throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting or enterprise software delivery with CX/Digital focus.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS/CPaaS platforms and APIs.
• Experience designing digital customer experiences across channels and AI-enabled use cases.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, data formats, and cloud integration patterns.
• Ability to lead architecture workshops and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Lead technical workshops and governance across delivery teams.
• Design AI use cases, digital journeys, and data integration patterns.
• Advise stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Contribute reusable patterns and reference architectures for the practice.
