Genesys is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect to turn ambitious AI initiatives into production-ready solutions that elevate customer experience and operational performance. You will own the technical journey from discovery to deployment, working with executive stakeholders to shape AI strategy and design scalable solutions across Genesys Cloud, agentic AI, and enterprise integrations.

This role offers strategic exposure and cross-functional collaboration within a global team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise CX, CRM, AI, automation, or orchestration platforms.
• Proven success deploying AI, automation, or data-driven solutions in complex environments.
• Hands-on with modern cloud platforms and architectures (Genesys Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong experience in enterprise integration and data patterns (REST, event-driven, JSON, data pipelines).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical engagement with strategic customers to translate business KPIs into scalable AI solutions.
• Lead discovery, architecture, integration, deployment, and optimization across platforms and data streams.
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, and adoption potential for production outcomes.
• Design reference architectures, data flows, and governance for AI-powered orchestration across enterprise systems.
• Lead workshops to improve customer journeys and create consistent experiences across channels.
• Deliver rapid proofs of concept and MVPs with Genesys Cloud AI Studio and related capabilities.
