Job summary

Genesys seeks a Principal AI Solutions Architect to drive production-ready AI experiences for strategic customers. You will own end-to-end technical engagement, guide architecture across Genesys Cloud and AI capabilities, and lead rapid proofs of concept from discovery to deployment.

The role emphasizes executive-level engagement, measurable outcomes, and collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services to scale AI across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures.
• Hands-on with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Genesys Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical engagement with strategic customers.
• Lead discovery, architecture, integration, deployment and optimization of AI solutions.
• Shape AI strategy and design scalable reference architectures.
• Deliver rapid proofs of concept and MVPs using Genesys AI capabilities.
• Guide integration with CRM/ERP, data platforms, and third-party ecosystems.
• Drive value realization and roadmaps post-launch.
