Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect in North America to design and lead AI-powered digital customer experience solutions. You will act as a technical authority across large enterprise programs, shaping architectures for digital channels, integrations, and governance.

You will mentor teams, drive complex design discussions, and contribute reusable patterns while ensuring security, scalability, and successful outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS/CPaaS platforms, especially digital channels, routing, Architect, and developer APIs.
• Experience designing digital customer experiences across channels like Web Messaging, SMS, Email, and digital routing.
• Proven ability to design and deploy AI-powered solutions (digital virtual agents, copilots, knowledge systems, automation).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and cloud-based integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Design integrations between Genesys Cloud, AI services, and enterprise systems.
• Lead architecture workshops and provide governance through delivery.
• Advise customers on architecture decisions and trade-offs with business requirements.
• Contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and presales support.
• Lead major Digital deployments for large enterprise customers.
