Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to design end-to-end AI-powered digital customer experiences for large enterprise programs in North America. You will serve as the technical authority, guide delivery teams through complex challenges, and shape reusable patterns and reference architectures.

The role requires deep experience in AI-enabled CX platforms, cloud integration, and governance. A strong client-facing presence and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and care

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise software delivery, or CX technology.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or comparable CCaaS/CPaaS platforms, especially digital channels, routing, Architect, and developer APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Design integrations between Genesys Cloud, AI services, enterprise applications, data platforms, and third-party technologies.
• Establish architectural standards for scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability.
• Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical design discussions with customers.
• Guide consultants and implementation teams through complex technical challenges.
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants, supporting presales activities.
