Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to design end-to-end AI-powered digital solutions for large enterprise programs. You will lead architecture workshops, guide delivery teams, and ensure scalable, secure designs aligned with customer requirements and Genesys Cloud capabilities.

You will design AI use cases, customer journeys, and data integration patterns, mentoring consultants and supporting presales while contributing to asset development for ongoing AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise software, or CX tech.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS platforms and APIs.
• Experience designing digital customer experiences across Web Messaging, SMS, Email, and routing.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI-powered digital solution architectures for customer programs.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design discussions with customers.
• Serve as the technical authority for assigned engagements and guide teams.
• Design AI use cases and customer journeys integrating AI with Genesys Cloud channels.
• Mentor consultants and support presales for complex Digital/AI opportunities.
• Contribute reusable assets and reference architectures.
