WorkWave is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer to support Account Executives with the technical positioning of Wavelytics. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering demonstrations of Data Factory, Intelligence Hub Dashboards, and Ask WAIve AI agents to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.

You will translate complex AI/analytics concepts into business value for executives, collaborate with product/marketing, and help build case studies and testimonials based on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales engineering experience supporting enterprise deals in Data Analytics, BI, or AI/ML.
• Ability to translate Decision Intelligence and Generative AI into business value.
• Excellent communication to articulate a strategic vision for executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering tailored solutions with clear ROI.

Responsibilities

• Act as product and sales SME for Wavelytics, supporting the sales cycle to win new customers.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of Wavelytics data products and AI agents.
• Position differentiators like pre-packaged data models and near real-time access.
• Collaborate with customers to maximize adoption and collect success stories.
• Work with Product/Marketing to feed feedback into the roadmap.
• Create sales playbooks and maintain demo environments.
• Address security, privacy, data governance, and AI best practices queries.
