Toptal is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth in Healthcare and Life Sciences across the US. You will identify, develop, and close opportunities with enterprise provider, payer and life sciences clients by delivering tailored solutions across technology, marketing, and AI-enabled transformation.

This remote role involves building executive relationships, managing a strategic book of business, and achieving a multi‑million revenue target in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7-10+ years of experience in professional services with enterprise account management and solution selling.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% to client sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise HLS accounts with direct revenue growth responsibility.
• Lead and close new opportunities, in partnership with SDRs, and expand established relationships.
• Define account strategy, create opportunities, and drive multi-year growth planning.
• Lead solution development and deal execution with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to client sites, conferences, and events as needed (25–40%).
