Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and shaping technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Discover AI problems with business and engineering stakeholders and scope defensible points of view.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation in client environments.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems, integration, and delivery pipelines.
• Build running systems with prototypes that prove value in weeks, not months.
