FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, shaping AI solutions across client systems, workflows, and delivery pipelines. You will architect, build, and operate AI-enabled software in real client environments, working as consultant, operator, and engineer.

The role emphasizes hands-on development of agentic AI systems, deep architecture decisions, and collaboration with CIOs, VPs of Engineering, and risk stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development in mainstream stacks (e.g., TS/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required and a four-year college degree is expected.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery calls with clients and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI systems, including orchestration, retrieval, tool integration, and guardrails.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments for production AI projects.
• Deliver working, production‑grade AI agents and automations for Fortune 500/enterprise clients.
