Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our AI-native engineering practice. You’ll embed with enterprise teams, identify AI-worthy work, architect and build solutions, and ensure production readiness inside regulated environments.

You’ll operate as a consultant, hands-on engineer, and trusted advisor, able to defend decisions with CTOs and VPs of Engineering while delivering measurable value across client systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong English language required and clear communication.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM powered systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover and scope AI opportunities within client processes.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration points.
• Build, test, and deploy AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead delivery with CI/CD and stakeholder alignment.
