FullStack is seeking a seasoned software professional to join our AI-native engineering team. You will embed with enterprise clients, identify AI-worthy problems, and architect end-to-end agentic solutions with strong emphasis on data, retrieval, and model behavior.

You will balance consulting, operational delivery, and engineering responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, owning architecture decisions and ensuring

Competenze

5+ years of professional software development experience in production
Excellent communication with CTOs, VPs, and engineering leaders
Experience shipping agentic AI solutions and integration into products
Bachelor's degree required; advanced CS fundamentals beneficial

Mansioni

Discover business problems with stakeholders and assess data readiness
Structure the process and write specifications for AI automation
Architect end-to-end agentic systems including retrieval, context, and integration
Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling
Own CI/CD for AI-enabled applications and versioning
Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, drift control, and cost management
Consult with executives to defend decisions and shape scope and proposals
