FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI-enabled solutions. You’ll identify real AI problems, define data and retrieval requirements, and deliver production-grade agentic systems.

The role blends consultancy, engineering, and operations with tight delivery cycles across regulated environments. Strong English and a four-year degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover with stakeholders and assess data readiness.
• Structure process specs from business processes.
• Architect and design agentic systems end to end.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval, data flows.
• Operate Day 2: eval, observability, drift management.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, defend decisions.
