FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect AI-powered solutions end to end. You’ll bridge consulting, operations, and engineering, shaping the scope and delivering production-grade AI systems with strong data and retrieval focus.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (production systems).
- Experience shipping agentic AI solutions or LLM workflows in production.
- Advanced English required.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Discover requirements with stakeholders and map data readiness.
- Structure processes and specs for automation.
- Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
- Build working prototypes and production-grade implementations.
- Own CI/CD and deployment of AI-enabled services.
- Operate Day 2 metrics: observability, drift, and governance.
- Consult with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership.
