FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-native solutions, and drive production-grade delivery. You’ll blend consulting, engineering, and operational excellence to ship trusted AI systems for Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries.

You’ll work across data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy agents, with a strong emphasis on real-world impact and measurable outcomes. This role offers remote flexibility and high-impact work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience across production stacks.
• At least 1–4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication with executives.
• Experience leading client-facing discovery and scoping calls.
• Solid understanding of modern architecture patterns and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Discover business problems and run workshops with stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Structure processes and convert them into actionable specifications.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval.
• Build working prototypes and production-grade components in weeks.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and evaluation frameworks for AI deployments.
• Operate Day 2 capabilities: observability, cost management, and drift handling.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leaders; support pre-sales scoping.
