Job summary

Merative is seeking an experienced Agentic Enterprise Engineer to design and implement intelligent, agentic workflows that optimize enterprise processes. You will collaborate with process owners, admins, and AI teams to deliver practical automation.

This hands‑on role emphasizes governance, documentation, and measurable productivity gains. Responsibilities include supporting discovery sessions, building agentic workflows with Copilot tools, and ensuring seamless handover with training materials.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise back-end systems.
• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation or systems integration.
• 2+ years applying agentic AI automation in production.
• Experience designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents (Agent Foundry & Copilot Studio).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365, Azure, Fabric, and Lake services.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions with owners to scope automation opportunities with clear business value.
• Design and build agentic workflows using Copilot tools.
• Drive documentation, training and handover materials for business lines.
• Stay current on AI automation and share tools and practices.
• Follow Merative AI governance processes for responsible deployment.
• Collaborate on security and operations with CISO and IT.
• Contribute reusable patterns and document lessons learned.
