Job summary

Merative is seeking an experienced Agentic Enterprise Engineer to join its AI innovation team. You will design and build agentic workflows that improve business processes, partnering with stakeholders to understand automation needs and delivering practical solutions with measurable productivity gains.

You will contribute to governance, documentation, and handoff materials, while staying current with AI automation trends and tools across the Merative ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years designing and implementing enterprise back-end systems.
• 2+ years in workflow/process automation or integration.
• 2+ years applying agentic AI automation in production.
• Experience deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents (Agent Foundry and Copilot Studio).
• Strong knowledge of M365, Azure, Fabric, and Lake services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities with business value.
• Design and build intelligent agentic workflows using modern toolchains.
• Deliver documentation, training materials, and handover guidance.
• Stay current on AI automation and share best practices.
• Support AI governance, security, and operational standards.
• Document reusable patterns to improve future projects.
