Job summary

Merative is seeking an experienced Agentic Enterprise Engineer to design and build intelligent, agentic workflows that streamline enterprise processes. You will partner with business process owners, system admins, and AI teams to translate automation needs into practical solutions using leading agent frameworks.

You will deliver reliable, usable automation, document handovers, training materials, and governance-aligned deployments, while driving measurable productivity gains across programs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years designing and implementing enterprise back-end systems.
• 2+ years in workflow automation or systems integration.
• 2+ years hands-on experience applying modern agentic AI automation in production environments.
• Experience designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents (Agent Foundry/Copilot Studio).

Responsibilities

• Support Discovery Sessions with stakeholders to scope automation opportunities.
• Design and build agentic workflows using Copilot Agents and related tools.
• Create documentation, training materials, and handover guidance for business teams.
• Stay current on AI automation trends and governance practices.
• Collaborate with security, operations, and AI CoE to align with standards.
• Document lessons learned and reusable patterns for future projects.
