PLACE Connect, part of PLACE, is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to turn partnerships into measurable value. You’ll own onboarding, launch, adoption, and growth, building trusted relationships with partners and cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and accelerate results.

You will work remotely from the United States, partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales, and leverage data to drive engagement, retention, and expansion of Connect products and services.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in enterprise account management with complex partnerships.
• Ability to manage onboarding, launch, adoption, and growth initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across functions.

• Own partner onboarding and launch, configuring accounts and integrations.
• Drive ongoing adoption, engagement, and growth with Connect.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide meaningful partner insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Support and Sales to remove blockers.
• Create partner-facing enablement materials and training with internal teams.
