Job summary

Digitail, the AI operating system for veterinary clinics, is hiring an Account Manager. You will own and grow relationships with multi-location veterinary groups, guide onboarding across locations, and act as the primary relationship owner post-sale.

This role supports remote or hybrid work within North America. Responsibilities include onboarding coordination, partnership with cross-functional teams, driving platform adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in VetMed or veterinary SaaS environments.
• Proven track record in account management, customer success, or enterprise client roles.
• Experience managing multi-location or multi-site enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with large multi-location veterinary groups.
• Own the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term account management and expansion.
• Lead onboarding and phased rollout of new locations across the group.
• Coordinate with onboarding, support, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementations.
• Drive adoption and usage of Digitail features across locations and identify expansion opportunities.
