Vetcove is hiring a Senior Account Manager to be the main day-to-day contact for key veterinary clinics across the United States. You will act as a strategic advisor, driving client success and long-term partnerships with cross-functional teams.

You’ll craft agendas, lead weekly meetings, present data-driven insights, and coordinate onboarding and catalog updates. A strong background in account management, reporting, and travel readiness is essential in our fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contacts.
• Excellent time and process management skills.
• Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events.
• A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication and act as a strategic advisor for clients.
• Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and manage action items for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with product initiatives and communicate them to clients.
• Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts.
• Analyze account performance and deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Work with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutions.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation to on-board new acquisition clinics.
• Nurture corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform.
