Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of around 100 enterprise customers across the Northeast, totaling roughly $4M in ARR. You will drive time-to-value, secure renewals, and pursue expansions within the existing book.

You will consistently forecast renewals, identify at-risk accounts early, and collaborate with Account Executives on larger multi-product deals, ensuring breadth and depth across the book.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of carrying retention and expansion targets, not just managing relationships.
• Discipline to run a wide book — prioritizing across many accounts, not going deep on a few.
• Clear, direct communication with customers and internal partners, especially at handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of roughly 100 existing Enterprise customers across the Northeast — about $4M in ARR.
• Accelerate adoption, renewals, and expansion within the book.
• Collaborate with Account Executive on larger expansion cycles while maintaining health of remaining accounts.
